The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the reception was nice and helped me with a lot of things. The pool was good and clean, however the sunbeds and the environment were not really luring.

The location is not really great as it is far from everything. The beach over there is really nice to walk around, but I did not feel to swim there. You need to get a bike or take the songthaew or taxi if you want to go to anywhere basically. 20-30 mins on the bike to get to the center. There was no breakfast opportunity.

It was perfectly acceptable and the pool was nice when the weather was good. The staff were lovely

There was a slightly strange vibe. The restaurant want open so no breakfast was available despite it being advertised and the top level to get to the pool was a bit creepy and deserted. We stayed at the end of January which technically is high season so I’m not really sure what it would be like when it’s properly quiet. Not bad, just bizarre…

It wasn't bad but we expected more for 21€ per person per night!

The hotel clearly have seen better times but the managment keeps the hotel well and offer good services. Very friendly and helpful staff, awesome swimming pool on the roof, comfortable beds private parking with an attendant during the night. Morning markets and 7eleven within a short walk, a few good restaurants as well. Cheap and tasty mangosteens a short walk across the street. Walking distance (about 10 mins) to Samui Disc Golf.

The area is quite busy, so walking around is not extrelemy comfortable, and impossible with a babystroller. Access to the beach is not extra convenient. View from the windows not that great either although the rooms are quiet. Access after 8pm only through the service basement.

Everything was pretty good, nothing special but I had a nice room. Beach is nearby about 3 min walking. Good restaurant nearby called Monster.

The location is not the best because it's on the highway. Price a bit high for what you get, sometimes there was no hot water in bathroom, don't know on what it depends.

The hotel is on a main road it’s a little bit run down and you will need a bike or car if staying here as location is a little way out but that didn’t bother me as I had rented a bike. So as it’s a little way out it’s a quiet hotel the room for the money is excellent and after leaving my aircon on the whole time I’m there tv on and taking showers I couldn’t see how they make any money as I only paid £15 a night to stay they also gave you two bottles of water every day I went and looked at the pool area on the roof it was very run down so didn’t use it overall I was very happy with the hotel for the money

A little cash injection to paint up the run down areas would go along way this hotel could be a lot better

Clean, above average sized room and candle in the bathroom. Breakfast was above average as well.

It's next to the main road, which you have to cross to go to the beach. You still need to walk serveral minutes on the main road to turn onto a road to get to the beach. The closest road on Google maps through Lolita bungalows isn't public, so the shortest road is to the left. Only 4 sun loungers at the pool. We couldn't check in at 14oo as promised, but an hours later. We moved to another accommodation for the next night. The hotel isn't bad, just not what we expected.

Hi. Hotel was quite good. Nice big lobby, where you always could reach hotel staff regarding any questions. Helpful and friendly staff. Everything was clean, no strange smells, I didn't notice any old/cheap furniture, so it was like EU-hotel. On breakfast we had fruits, coffee (not the best one but acceptable), and we could choose something from menu, like rice with pork/chicken/shrimps or all kind of eggs-based meals with sausages or bacon), I guess some soup or porridge was available as well. We stayed there for 3 weeks and we took different options on breakfast so it wasn't very boring. When I arrived to hotel I change my standard room to better option (for payment of course) and I'd got quite big room where my daughter had her own area - not a separate room but kind of adjacent room far from the place where our bed was located so it was a feeling of two separate rooms and it was easier to hang up 3 weeks by having something like private space. Room could be cleaned every day but you can manage it but setting special wooden table close to your door. The hotel had a pool on the roof. At the beginning we ignored it because it was strange to swim there when you had the sea so close but the last week we went there two or three times and it was just perfect because it was always empty from people, so it was kind of our personal pool - we liked that much. Location was on the road and on the one hand it was a bit far from the sea (like 15 minutes of walk) but on another hand it was quite closer to restaurants or markets so I think it had rather a good location, because we walked to the sea once per day and more than once to restaurants/markets.

The only inconvenient thing was about shower in the room - water was too hot and it was always a tricky thing to take a shower. Can't remember anything else.

Spotlessly clean and very friendly attentive staff. Big room. Bed was firm, but not as hard as others ive had in Thailand. Great roof top swimming pool

Breakfast was dreadful. Looked like it used to be buffets, but no other guests so chose from a very limited menu instead. As others have said, air con in the room just isn't powerful enough...the rooms are huge...so it was a bit warm. No need to change towels every day and bedding every other day

Location is pretty good: there are some good restaurants nearby and beach is about 10 min by walk. Clean room, nice pool, awesome staff. I enjoyed my stay here.
